Shai is a great host , super responsive. Flat exactly as on pictures - highly recommend! And great location
Great apartment in NYC!!<br/>My husband and I stayed for 6 weeks at Shai's apartment in Hells Kitchen and feld really at home in this spacious, with high ceilings, impeccable, comfortable and quiet place.<br/>NY is a very noisy city, but thanks to its location, air conditioners and double glazing, this apartment is very quiet. It has a lot of storage space, full kitchen, comfortable living room, fast wifi and smart tv. The apartment is exactly as the photos; clean, big and quiet. <br/>The area has many restaurants and bars, it is safe and there is a Target across the street. We hardly used public transportation because you can walk almost everywhere.<br/>The building doesn´t have a doorman, but it has an independent entrance with a keyboard and an Amazon drop, so you can buy without problem. And the elevator is huge.<br/>Next door is the laundry and trash room. <br/>Comunicatios with Shai was fast, nice and helpfull. <br/>I higly recomend this apartment for your stay in NY!!

My daughter stayed at Shai’s place for a summer internship. His place was very comfortable and roomy (for NYC) and had everything she needed. The place was quiet and felt safe and communication with Shai was excellent as he always responded promptly and he also went out of his way when we needed a special favour. I highly recommend this place for a short or longer stay.
The apartment was perfect! I stayed for 6 weeks and it felt like home. It was clean, beautiful, confortable (the bed was superb!) and quiet. Shai was the perfect host! 100% reliable!
This is an incredible find! Great location, newly remodeled, plenty of space, walk-in closets, dishwasher, elevator, laundry on site, and more. Shai is great to work with and goes above and beyond to make this an excellent stay! Can’t recommend enough.

We had a wonderful stay at Tropical Oasis! The house was exceptionally clean and looked exactly like the photos. The beds were comfortable, and the hosts were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here! The only downside was that one of the showers is quite small and consistently allowed water to leak onto the bathroom floor, even when the shower door was fully closed. Aside from that, we had a fantastic experience and truly enjoyed our stay!
